Profile Information

Where do you live?
7100 N. Greenview Ave.
Why are you choosing to join Transition Rogers Park?
One cannot create an environmentally responsible, socially just, and sustainable community working by oneself. We need the stimulation and encouragement that comes from sharing ideas, working through setbacks, and celebrating achievements with others who have similar goals.
What background or talents do you have that you can contribute to Transition Rogers Park?
I have skills in research and writing. My background includes being a reference librarian at an urban affairs research center, managing an office for a nonprofit environmental organization, and teaching.

Transition Rogers Park is a grassroots, from the ground up, community organization. No one is going to tell you what to do and how to do it.

If you have a thought or idea that could move the community forward toward resiliency and self-reliance, put it out there....and then begin it!
